I am Jhonatan. I didn’t come to technology just to write code, I came because I’m passionate about creating and more if what I build is useful. My attitude completely defines me, I run away from comfort and adore the unknown because it always teaches me more, I love learning new things, taking responsibility and moving forward even when I don’t have all the answers. I believe that growing up in this industry depends not just on how much you know, but on your ability to learn, take responsibility, and stay the course. Whenever I commit to something, I seek to understand the purpose behind it, and contribute beyond what is expected of me. I’m not just interested in completing tasks, I’m interested in making an impact and leaving things better of how I found them. I value the human side of technology like communicating clearly, collaborating with intent, and understanding the people behind every problem, because the best solutions not only work, but also respond to real needs.

I continue to build my path to the senior level, with humility to learn, discipline to improve and the conviction that a great career is built by being 1% better every day.
